Flexible Engagement Models

IdenGov works with primes through several structured models:

1. Workshare on IDIQ / GWAC and agency-specific task orders
   We assume responsibility for discrete workstreams such as PMO, architecture, communications workflows, or specific functional tracks. Workshare is defined clearly in advance and tied to measurable outputs.

2. Specialist HUBZone subcontractor
   You prime the contract and maintain overall governance. IdenGov provides specialized advisory and implementation support in areas like cloud architecture, citizen communications, and project leadership while contributing HUBZone credit.

3. Pre-award teaming and solution design
   We support capture, solutioning, and proposal development in our competency areas in exchange for defined post-award workshare. This can include writing technical sections, crafting implementation approaches, and shaping staffing plans.
