Engagement Models
IdenGov works with primes through several structured models​​
Pre-Award Consult
Pre-award Consultations: This includes contract prep & solution design. We support needs discovery, solution and proposal development. This can include proposal evaluation and pre-scoring, writing technical sections, crafting implementation approaches, and shaping IT and operational plans.
Workshare
Workshare on agency-specific task orders. We assume responsibility for discrete workstreams such as PMO, communications workflows, or specific functional tracks. Workshare is defined clearly in advance and tied to measurable outputs.​
Set-Aside Contractor
Specialist Set-Aside Contractor:
Serving as either a prime, or sub, idenGov manages the contract, or acts as a subcontractor, and maintains overall governance.
IdenGov provides specialized advisory and implementation support in areas such as cloud architecture, citizen communication dynamics, and project leadership.​
