Pre-award Consultations: This includes contract prep & solution design. We support needs discovery, solution and proposal development. This can include proposal evaluation and pre-scoring, writing technical sections, crafting implementation approaches, and shaping IT and operational plans.
Core Offerings
Our Core Offerings include Contract Management and renewal, Project Management, Organizational Efficiency/ Business Process consulting including Lean Six Sigma processes, and more.
IdenGov also provides specialized advisory and implementation support in cloud architecture, citizen communication dynamics, and project leadership.​
